There is a point in every production before the posters, casting announcements and opening nights.
It happens around tables covered in notes, inside quiet rehearsal rooms and during conversations that may never be seen by an audience.
That is where NMG is now.
No Middle Ground Productions has entered its first phase of development, building a new slate of arena-first, music-led live productions.
Right now, the work is about foundations: exploring rights, shaping stories, bringing creative ideas into focus and building the right teams around them. Some conversations are new. Others have been developing quietly for some time. All of them are moving with the same intention.
We are creating productions for music people already carry with them. The songs tied to first dances, long drives, difficult weeks and nights nobody wanted to end. Our job is to protect what those catalogues mean, then build stories capable of meeting them on an arena scale.
That takes time, and it should. We are not interested in announcing work before it is ready or filling the room with noise for the sake of appearing busy. The slate will stay protected while the ideas, rights and people behind it take shape.
There will be more to share. When there is, it will arrive here first.
